A few years ago, in order to reduce costs, manual wire-to-board and board-to-board welding was not an option for many Chinese LED lamp manufacturers. Now, in order to deal with the heat dissipation performance of LED lighting, aluminum substrates with better heat conduction function have been gradually used in a small amount. If manual welding is maintained continuously, the quality risk will be greatly improved. As we all know, the welding process requires an optimal welding temperature. During manual welding, when the soldering iron head is placed on the bonding pad of the aluminum substrate, the temperature of the welding spot can not rise quickly due to the superior heat conduction function of the aluminum substrate. It is very easy to form quality hazards such as cold welding, false welding and cold welding, which seriously affect the quality of the product. To solve these problems, a series of wire-to-board and side-to-board wire-to-board connectors for solid-state lighting, which are suitable for high-speed surface mounting (SMT), are newly developed. The shell is made of low-temperature plastic, which meets the requirements of reflow soldering process commonly used in the manufacture of LED lighting modules. The wire-to-board connectors can stop surface mounting together with LEDs. SMT and Thru-Hole Pull-Out Lighting Wire-to-Board Connectors provide fast and reliable cable termination on both plastic and aluminum substrates. These small-size, low-height SMT one-position and two-position wire-to-board connectors are ideal for use in led light bar interconnections, lighting masters, and other applications using pull-out wiring. Wire-to-board connectors are fully waterproof and dustproof and are available in wire-to-wire and wire-to-board versions. They extend the popular sealed IP67-rated wire-to-board connectors to include D-Sub, USB, HDMI, wire-to-board, and wire-to-wire wire-to-board connectors, and support low-level signaling and power requirements up to 300 V. The electrical signal integrity of the product can be ensured by external polarization, thus eliminating the possibility of plugging and unplugging problems; and its line terminals are manufactured in a true crimped header connection processing plan. The wire seal assembly of this product, when the contact is crimped to the cable, is then assembled to each line in the housing without an internal wire seal. The dramatic increase in automotive infotainment and safety options is a catalyst for demand suppliers to supply vehicle manufacturers with smaller interconnected products. Design engineers must fit more electronic installations in the opposite space. By using smaller pin and terminal sizes, unsealed wire-to-board fragmentation allows equipment manufacturers to fit circuits in tighter spaces, while reducing costs and insisting on functionality, safety, and robustness. External activation ensures electrical integrity and eliminates faulty mating of wire-to-board connectors, plus the wire terminals adopt a true stab and lazy contact handling plan. The wire seal is pre-disassembled on each wire inside the housing, and no internal seal is required when crimping the contact point to the cable.
