The number of welding times of the same touch switch should be controlled within 2 times, exceeding the number of welding times will also lead to quality hazards; 6. All welding processes must pay attention to preheating before welding, there is a little difference in preheating of different PCB plates. 3. During transportation or under high temperature, the tact switch is squeezed vigorously, resulting in the deformation of the shrapnel. There will also be a situation where the key will not rebound (this situation is relatively rare). 4. During the high temperature resistance test, the light touch switch shall not be in the conduction state for a long time, otherwise the key will not be able to bounce back due to the deformation of the shrapnel.
