Do you know how to check the car wiring harness? If you don't know yet, then in 2012, we will focus on automobile wiring harness connector manufacturers to tell you how to check the automobile wiring harness. The tool check method and the test lamp check method are more suitable for checking the open circuit fault of the wire. When using the temporary test lamp method, it should be noted that the power of the test lamp should not be too large, especially when testing whether the control output terminal of the electronic controller has output and whether there is enough output, so as to prevent overload damage to the controller. It is better to use a diode test lamp. Visual inspection method When a part of the automotive electrical system fails, there will be abnormal phenomena such as smoke, sparks, abnormal noise, burning odor, high temperature and so on. The automobile wiring harness and electrical appliances can be visually inspected through the hearing, touching, smelling and seeing of the sensory organs of the human body, and then the position of the fault can be judged, thereby greatly improving the maintenance speed. For example, when the automobile line breaks down, there are often abnormal phenomena such as smoke, sparks, abnormal noise, burning odor, high temperature and so on. Through visual inspection, the location and nature of the fault can be quickly determined. The jumper method is to use a wire to short-circuit the suspected faulty circuit, and then observe the change of the instrument pointer or the working condition of the electrical equipment, so as to determine whether there is an open circuit or poor contact in the circuit. Jumping refers to the operation of connecting two points of a circuit with a wire, and the potential difference between the two points of the circuit is zero, not a short circuit. Instrumentation check method is a method of diagnosing automobile circuit faults by using integrated fault diagnosis instruments, multimeters, filters, current clamps and other instruments. For the vehicle with electronic control system, the integrated fault diagnosis instrument is generally used to find the fault code to determine the fault range of the vehicle. Then use a multimeter, a current clamp or a wave detector to check the voltage, resistance, current or waveform of the relevant circuit, and diagnose the fault point of the harness wire.
