2. What are the new power connectors launched by Amphenol? ：

PwrBlade ® MiniMezz Connector

As one of Amphenol's acclaimed traditional brands, PwrBlade ® features a variety of high-performance connectors with different capacities. Currently new on the market is the PwrBlade ® MiniMezz connector, which incorporates more powerful functionality in a more compact package. Available in stack heights from 8mm to 20mm, this series of ultra-thin hybrid mezzanine connectors also offers a wealth of power and signal contact options. This series of connectors has a clusterability of ± 0. 80 mm and is equipped with a blind insertion guide. The PwrBlade ® MiniMezz offers either crimp tail or internal tail options.

OCP 48V BarKlip ® BK500OCP 48V BarKlip ® BK500 and BK150 connectors are new additions to Amphenol's line of busbar connectors. These two power cable assemblies are designed to support the OCP V3 IT equipment power distribution architecture standard. Among them, the OCP 48V BarKlip ® BK500 connector provides a convenient solution for distributing current up to 500A between busbars, cables and circuit boards. This series of connectors is equipped with two independent power circuits and two new secondary backplane ground contacts, providing high current carrying capabilities and customization functions.

Equipped with 18 independent contacts, end-of-life contact resistance less than 0.5 mΩ, this series of connectors supports 48V rack-mount power architecture, and can be used as a simple configurable plug-and-play solution. Its contacts are made of highly conductive copper alloy, and ultrasonic welding is used between cable conductors and terminals, which can achieve low voltage loss and high reliability. The floating panel mount design provides 6.4 mm side-to-side gatherability and supports ± 3 mm horizontal and vertical floating. This family of connectors is widely used in a variety of power-intensive data centers, such as power racks, BBUs, and server/storage blades.

OCP 48V BarKlip ® BK150 Connector The BarKlip BK150 also functions very similarly, but as you can tell from the name, this series has a lower capacity. This series of connectors has a current carrying capacity of 150A per contact, is equipped with 12 independent silver-plated contacts, and has an end-of-life contact resistance of less than 0.5 mΩ. In addition to the rest of the features of the BK500, the BK150 is also equipped with a new sensor pin contact that supports pre-grounding function.
