Binder has introduced L-coded panel mount connectors with M12 threads for industrial automation. Standard products adopt immersion welding line. The product supports distributed applications, is soldered to the PCB board when in use, and can provide 63V and 16A power supply for the equipment. As a leading supplier of industrial circular connectors, Binder has released a new product of the M12 series: L-coded panel mount connectors using immersion bonding wires. Binder 823 series products are suitable for manual soldering, wave soldering and reflow soldering of PCB boards with limited mounting in automated applications. Therefore, the new product can be used as an electromechanical interface for the power supply of industrial equipment, providing 63V DC voltage and 16A current, such as industrial Ethernet applications for bus networks.

-----------------------------------------------------------------1. Small replacements for products: With the development trend of distributed automation, miniaturization is also further advancing: field devices such as sensors, actuators, controllers and industrial computers are all being designed towards miniaturization. At the same time, their functionality is increasing day by day, and the corresponding power requirements are also increasing. Therefore, there are more and more interfaces of devices, which drives users' demand for small connectors. For power transmission in confined spaces, compared with 7/8 "size products, the L-encoded M12 connector will be a better choice to save space. 2. Separate flange seat: The 823 series has separate needle and hole panel mounting connectors, each of which consists of an installation body and a socket shell, which can be separated at any time. Compared with an inseparable design, the current design makes it easy to install and disassemble the connector on the PCB board. Otherwise, the whole is already fixed on the equipment during welding, which will be inconvenient. As a significant advantage, when welding the separate product, the main body can be directly welded without the socket shell, and the whole body can be installed and fixed later. When the housing is assembled, direct insertion does not require rotation and twisting. Therefore, the stress on the two components will be significantly reduced, and the failure rate of the problem will be reduced for the user. The protection level of IP68 (when inserted) makes it possible to install both front and back of the board. It must be noted here that the PCB board and the device housing cannot be fixed through this separate connector, so the PCB board also needs to be fixed separately. This is very different from the integrated connector. If the PCB board is small, the integrated connector can be used to realize the connection and fixation between the board and the device shell. The 823 series features include an O-ring buried in the metal nut step of the housing and confined, and another O-ring between the socket housing and the mounting body to prevent sealing fluid leakage during sealing by the user. The socket housing also has a sealing layer, which ensures proper installation even when the panel is thin. 3. M12 series: standardized, widely used and clearly positioned: M12 circular connectors represent small and flexible field equipment connections in factory and production automation fields. There is no substitute for them in these areas. Thanks to international standards, products are increasingly becoming smaller through numerous manufacturers; At the same time, compatibility also makes users no longer rely on one or a few vendors. Therefore, users in the automation industry can be more comfortable with fluctuations in the supplier market and can more easily bypass supply bottlenecks. All these benefit from the M12-related DIN EN IEC61076-2 standard. The advantages of standardization are one of the reasons why M12 connection products are widely recognized and successful in the market. Panel mount connectors for immersion connections are also standard and tested products. However, they are limited by such particularities that direct interchangeability of products is guaranteed only if they correspond to the PCB layout of the application and the distance between the board and the housing.
