Amphenol | Amphenol Connectors The DSFP 56G PAM4 SMT connector product is a: 56G PAM4 DSFP Interconnect System The DSFP SMT connector provides dual high-speed channels operating at 28 Gb/s NRZ and 56 Gb/s PAM-4. Solutions for 50G and 100G total bandwidth. Compared to the SFP/SFP + series, this series of connections has two additional pins, providing one more high-speed channel than other connectors in the same package. The DSFP has the same unique mating interface and EMI cage dimensions as the entire SFP/SFP + family of cages. This connector is backward compatible with SFP/SFP + modules and transceivers based on 20-contact edge cards. Amphenol offers two-piece cages in a variety of configurations with enhanced transceiver mating tabs, including crimp and solder tail versions. Operates at 28Gb/s NRZ or 56Gb/s PAM4 per channel, providing a total bandwidth solution of up to 100Gb/s 22 contacts, 0.80mm pitch, 2 rows per port, supporting dual high-speed channels Same packaging as SFP/SFP + Series cages. Designed to support 112Gb/s upgrade potential.
