Amphenol | Amphenol Connectors The HPCE ® Mezzanine connector is a: The HPCE ® Mezzanine connector is a new generation of power board-to-board connectors for demanding applications that require varying stack heights and high linear current densities. It is also supplied with the female connector and the proposed PCB bridge. Like Amphenol ICC's other power solutions, both are based on low-cost, high-reliability stamped and formed power contact technology. The HPCE ® Mezzanine connectors integrate 20 amp/40 amp power contacts, a vented plastic case design, and a PCB bridge, allowing for more compact and flexible stack-height packaging for demanding DC power distribution applications. The HPCE ® Mezzanine connector features flexible stack height, greatly improved linear current density, and a latching design on the proposed PCB bridge. These features make it ideal for next-generation 1U/2U servers, storage hard disk enclosures, telecommunications equipment, and data communications/networking equipment.
