Amphenol | Amphenol Connectors The HCI ® High Power Supply power supply connector product is a: The HCI ® High Power Supply power supply backplane/midplane connector series is designed to meet the needs of many applications, such as providing a higher power supply solution for the interface between a daughter card and a backplane or midplane in a rackmount appliance application platform. The high density of the compact module provides reliable quality and effective low cost through the stamped terminal technology, HCI power terminal technology, which provides greater linear power density to the edge of the daughter card. The modular design provides different pin-count power schemes such as 2-pin and 3-pin. Rated up to 113 A per terminal in the HCI High Power Supply Module, the temperature rise does not exceed 30 ° C in still air without a fan. These modules address current applications that require higher density than Amphenol ICC's other hard metric high power supply power connector systems.These high power supply power connectors are designed to work with other hard metric (HM) backplane/midplane connector families.
