Amphenol | Amphenol Connectors The PC/104 Plus connector is a rugged, compact, modular connector for embedded computers. FCI Basics PC/104 is the standard for embedded computers in compact packages. This specification is based on 104 signal contacts on both bus connectors (64 pins on P1 plus 40 pins on P2). The PC/104 and PC/104 Plus are modular, rugged versions of the PC 2.54mm pitch and PC 2.00mm pitch, respectively. Instead of a backplane, the PC/104 module mates with stackable ISA, PCI, and PCIe ® bus connectors. PC/104 modules can be connected or stacked like building blocks. The PC/104 stack may include a CPU (single board computer), a power supply module, and peripheral modules, such as a data collection module, a network module, or a storage device.
