Amphenol | Amphenol connector PV ® crimping is an innovative PV ® crimping system that connects discrete wires to a printed circuit board. Highly reliable bimetallic female terminals plug into industry standard 0.025 inch (0.635 mm) square guide posts. Various width, protection, and guiding options are available on both sides of the connector interface. The PV ® female terminals on the wire end side are capable of receiving wires and can be used directly or inserted into a MINI-LATCH connector housing that has multiple circuits and is provided with an optional polarization key. The shielded multi-post plug on one side of the printed circuit has an integrated friction function, which can grasp the two sides of the MINI-LATCH housing and reduce the risk of falling off. Other options for Amphenol ICC plugs include discrete stub pins or BergStik ® unshielded plugs.
