They also offer high current density in a small package for design flexibility. PCB nails allow for accurate through-hole positioning and secure fixing. These connectors are designed with redundant contacts and can handle voltages up to 125 V. They support AC or DC high voltage applications with extremely low voltage drops and irreversible dissipative power losses. High temperature contacts at + 125 °C power rating provide greater margin for customer temperature design, and current densities of up to 80 A per tab provide one of the largest current density solutions. The small centerline spacing of 5.15 mm reduces PCB size compared to traditional power products. Through-hole solder and press-fit tails provide flexible manufacturing options for these gold-plated contactors.
