Amphenol Amphenol Connector BarKlip ® BK100 input/output connector product is a: direct plug-in clamp for connecting busbars Amphenol BarKlip ® BK100 I/O provides a convenient solution for distributing current up to 100A between busbars, cables and circuit boards. This product is equipped with 12 completely independent suspended contact bundles, and the true highly elastic reed ensures a tight bond with the busbar. Ultrasonic welding between cables and contacts can improve the efficiency and reliability of current conversion. Cables are connected to the system rack bars and 6.00 mm thick copper bars for direct plug-in connection with non-insulated busbars. This connection results in extremely low energy losses, with a maximum resistance of only 0.3 mΩ per port. The floating panel mount reed design that supports blind insertion applications ensures tight engagement with the busbar. Ideal solution for 1U racks.
