The FINEPITCH FP 0.8 product range features a shielding treatment that ensures excellent electromagnetic compatibility and prevents interference, including interference generated inside the device as well as interference generated outside the device. With its double-sided contact system and metal PCB holder, the FP 0.8 provides an extremely strong PCB connection. The product family is available in 12, 20, 32, 52 and 80 bits and supports data transfer rates up to 16 Gbps. The FP 0.8 is also available in an unshielded connector version. The connector is ideal for applications where there is no need to consider dealing with electromagnetic compatibility due to EMI issues. The unshielded FINEPITCH FP 1.27 product family features a compact, high-density design that further elevates the level of miniaturization of Phoenix Contact products, providing space-saving board-to-board interconnection solutions for signal and data transmission. The 12, 16, 20, 26, 32, 40, 50, 68 and 80-bit versions are suitable for currents up to 1.4 A and voltages up to 500 VAC. FP 0.8 and FP 1.27 components are packaged in tape and roll to ensure easy integration into automated assembly processes. The FINEPITCH product range is RoHS and RoHS II compliant and has been UL 1977 certified. The FINEPITCH product family of board-to-board connectors further expands the existing lineup of PCB terminal blocks and connectors, allowing Phoenix Contact to provide customers with a complete portfolio of interconnect products. The FP 0.8 and FP 1.27 series products support connection speeds up to 16 Gbps. While these types of products have been on the market for many years, this line offers board-to-board connectors with extremely small centerlines. Reliable mechanical and electrical connections are ensured thanks to the double-sided contact system and welded anchoring, thus reducing mechanical stresses on the individual contacts. Chamfered lead-in wires and polarization prevent contact damage, providing a reliable connection.
