PERFECT cable glands made of Jacob plastic are the ideal cable access solution for many industrial applications. The mounting section is available with metric threads from M12 to M63, Pg threads from Pg 7 to Pg 48, and 3/8 "to 1 ¼" NPT threads in black, silver gray, and light gray. Plastic and polymer materials are used in almost every area of life and industry. Jacob's cable glands and accessories are made of high-quality polyamide PA6. During Jacob's design process, the material flow within the mold was simulated to achieve the best results of the material. For example, layered clamping techniques take advantage of the flexibility of polyamide without breaking it. Each new product is thoroughly tested in Jacob's in-house lab. The IP waterproof and dustproof test is carried out after aging the sample in a climate chamber. Testing of the design and the low-temperature properties of the material is carried out by stress testing. For the entire range of PERFECT cable glands, there are many different inserts available for installing one or more single cables, AS-i BUS cables or chamfered flat cables. Other accessories, such as loose nuts or sealing rings, complete the product plan.
