Micro 360 ® Series Circular Connectors Omnetics' Micro 360 Series connectors withstand intense shocks and vibrations, making them ideal for the most demanding applications Omnetics' Micro 360 Series Circular Connectors utilize a rugged flexible pin contact system. They are separated by a centerline spacing of 50 mils (1.27 mm) and have a mating length of less than 12.4 mm. Both the male and female contacts are covered with plastic insulators to ensure the protection of the contacts during plugging and unplugging. The outer diameter ranges from 5.6 mm to 10 mm. With the ability to withstand high shocks and vibrations while maintaining their electrical integrity, these connectors are ideal for the most demanding applications. Gold-plated beryllium copper flexible pins and copper alloy sockets enable more than 2,000 pairings. The Microstrip range of products includes plastic, latches, metal threads, metal quarter turn twist locks, metal key breakouts, and metal ratchets. Dust caps and removable plastic locking clips are also available, as well as hybrid options using # 20 contacts and coaxial cables.
