Gecko-SL Horizontal Connectors Harwin's Gecko-SL 1.25 mm pitch horizontal connectors are ideal for stacking and cable mating Harwin's Gecko-SL enables high reliability connections with tiny pitches of 1.25 mm. These connectors are ideal for SWaP-C optimization (size, weight, power and cost). They are 45% smaller in size and 75% lighter in weight compared to existing industry-standard counterparts. To increase design flexibility, the Gecko-SL series has been expanded and includes horizontal configurations. This range expansion brings the additional option of male in-line connectors at right angles to the PCB. Save space above the PCB by arranging pairing cables sideways or connecting the PCBs together via a 90-degree connection (ideal for mother-to-daughter boards). The Gecko-SL 1.25 mm pitch connector has a maximum pin count of 50 and is fully compatible with the rest of the Gecko-SL series products. They are equipped with locking front fitting hardware to simplify fitting and guarantee a secure connection. Stainless steel screw locks are available in two styles: standard configuration for PCB board to female cable, or female to male reverse gender fixation (reverse fixation) for mother board to daughter board.
