In the long run, good quality system control is even the most important reference factor for lamp manufacturers to choose connector manufacturers, otherwise they will "lose big because of small things". Overall, companies with larger production scale and skilled testing equipment have a correspondingly higher level of product quality control and stability. Fourth, look at structural principle planning. Structural planning is very important. If the principle planning such as waterproofing and connection is relatively advanced, it will now be superior to others. If the planning based on expired structural principles is selected, even if the quality control in the production and manufacturing process is very good, it is often not as reliable as the products of the innovative generation in terms of reliability and long-term weather resistance in the field. Fifth, look at the tolerance scale control accuracy of the assembly. Because LED connectors often involve connection, waterproofing, male-female contact cooperation, etc., they need high precision requirements for scale. At first glance, high-end and low-end connectors are almost the same in shape and structure, but if you take a moment to carefully measure the cooperation scale of many pairs of connectors with a caliper, you will find that the cooperation scale of poor quality changes greatly, that is, the stability of connection is not guaranteed, and the consistency of batch products is poor.
