(2) Heat shrinkage protection of double-row shrink tubes. According to the size of wiring harness contacts, double-row shrink tubes can choose specifications such as quasi 4, quasi 5, quasi 6, and quasi 9. At the same time, the longer the exposed length of the copper wire, the length of the double-layer heat shrinkable tube will also change, and the general length is between 30 and 50 mm. Double row shrink tubing protection is typically suitable for front chamber wiring harnesses and engine wiring harnesses. This application scenario has a great impact on the environment, such as high temperature of the engine, bad weather, etc. Double-layer heat shrink tubing is completely sealed, which is waterproof, high temperature, abrasion resistant, and naturally costs relatively high. (3) Protection hole terminal The hole-type terminal is generally used for the function of seating iron. Generally, there are seating iron points on the body frame or engine casing. When it is exposed to external air for a long time, especially in bad weather and environment, it is easily affected and oxidized, resulting in increased connection resistance or breakage, it is necessary to protect the terminal pressure wiring core. Commonly single-layer heat shrink tubing or double-layer heat shrink tubing is used. Single-layer heat-shrinkable tubing can be used for indoor wiring harness. Double-layer heat-shrinkable tubing can be used for protection of front cabin wiring harness and engine wiring harness. Double-layer heat-shrinkable tubing is generally used for sealing ground points such as ABS and ECU of automobiles. The conductor of the wire that needs to be exposed will not be oxidized in the future, and the exterior is also protected by heat shrink tubing. For example, the shielding mesh of the shielded wire can be better protected by heat shrinkage.
