1. DC resistance test of electronic wire: The conductive core of electronic wire mainly transmits electric energy or electrical signals, and the resistance of wire is the main index of its electrical performance. When AC voltage acts, the resistance of the core is larger than that of DC voltage due to skin effect, but the difference between them is very small when the electrical frequency is 50HZ. Now the standard stipulates that it can only detect whether the DC resistance or resistivity of the core exceeds the value specified in the standard. Through this inspection, some defects in the production process can be found. II. Insulation resistance test of electronic wires: Insulation resistance is an important index reflecting the insulation characteristics of electronic wires, which is closely related to the electrical strength, dielectric loss and gradual deterioration of insulating materials under working conditions of the product. For communication wires, too low insulation resistance between wires will also increase loop attenuation, crosstalk between circuits and long-distance power supply leakage on the conductive core. Therefore, it is required that the insulation resistance should be higher than the specified value. III. Numerical test of capacitance and loss of electronic wire: Electronic wire flows through AC voltage. When the amplitude and frequency of voltage are constant, the capacitor current is proportional to the capacitance of the wire. For ultra-high voltage wire, the current of this capacitor may reach a value comparable to the rated current, which becomes an important factor limiting the capacity and transmission distance of the wire. Therefore, the capacitance of electronic wires is also one of the main electrical performance parameters of wires. Insulation strength test of electronic wires: The insulation strength of electronic wires refers to the ability of insulation structures and insulation materials to withstand the action of electric fields without breakdown damage. The test product is placed in an environment higher than the rated working temperature and with a certain temperature value, so that the service life of the electronic wire can be determined at a higher temperature.
