When repairing wiring harness, its basic principles mainly focus on three aspects: stripping, wiring and bandaging. Connection is the intermediate link of wiring harness maintenance, and it is also one of the key links. Its connection mode directly affects the normal operation of the circuit. As the final work of wiring harness maintenance, it is also very important. It is necessary to ensure that the wiring harness is firm and firm, and to ensure that the wiring harness is not eroded by water, oil and dust in the later working environment. These three aspects are further elaborated below. 1. Wire stripping Wire stripping is to strip off part of the insulation layer, expose the metal part of the wire, and facilitate the connection of the latter two or more wires. There are also many ways to strip wire during actual maintenance. As shown in the picture below, there are scissors cut, vise cut, and professional wire stripping. It is recommended to use wire strippers, so you don't have to worry about damaging the insulation layer of the wire harness or accidental damage to the copper wire, and the efficiency is greatly improved. 2. Wiring skills are the key to improving the quality of wiring. It is necessary to ensure that after the wiring is completed, the joint will not be easily pulled down, and the wires must be in good contact at the joint without loose virtual connection. Commonly used wiring methods are as follows: Type 1: Cross fastening (straight line)

Type 2: T-shaped line.

Type 3: Soldering.

Type 4: Casing Crimping. When connecting multiple wires, the joints should be staggered and insulated at the same time. 3. After the three-package wiring is completed, bandage and finish. One is used to fix the wiring harness, and the other is to protect the wiring harness from water dust and other corrosion. Winding can be divided into flower winding, point winding and full winding, using electric adhesive tape. Do not stretch (deform) or twist the tape during bandaging. Make sure that the head is flush, the head joint surface is flat, and the bandage is tight without gaps. When bandaging, ensure that no wires are exposed at the wiring junction, and make the adhesive tape wrapped around both ends of the wiring junction about 1cm more.
