The wiring length of the cable should be set to just pass through the center line of the drag chain. If the moving part of the cable is fixed, the bending stress will not be dispersed and absorbed, which will cause stress concentration at the fixed position. The fixed parts of the cable should be provided at both ends of the drag chain. 3. In order to prevent mutual interference between cables routed at the same time, when implementing horizontal wiring in the tow chain, choose a tow chain with sufficient cable spacing. 4. If cables with large differences in outer diameters are mixed, it is easy to cause the thin wire to be oppressed by the thick wire, causing the thin wire to be easily broken. At this time, it is necessary to separate the cables with partitions. 5. The drag chain cable cannot be twisted during laying, that is, it cannot be pulled out directly from the cable drum or cable reel. Instead, the short drum or cable reel should be rotated to unfold the cable. 6. Cable fixings must be installed at both ends of the tow chain. The fixed point of the drag chain cannot be moved. The distance from the mobile end point to the fixed end should be as large as possible. For low-end drag chain lines made of PVC + PVC and other materials, the distance between two points should be at least 20 times the cable diameter, while for high-end drag chain lines made of TPE + TPU and other materials, the distance between two points should be at least 10 times the cable diameter. 7. If the chain rail is broken, its cable also needs to be replaced, because damage caused by excessive stretching of the cable during the breaking process is inevitable.
