High-voltage wiring harness is one of the core components of new energy vehicles. Compared with low-voltage wiring harness, the layout of high-voltage wiring harness is slightly different. This paper mainly introduces the layout clearance requirements and fixing requirements of high-voltage wiring harness. 1. Clearance requirements The layout clearance shall be appropriate, and the operability of assembly and repair shall be fully considered. In general, not less than 200 mm of space shall be reserved at all joint locations for connecting and disconnecting operations. The connection of the connector to the component shall be mechanically stress relieved. In view of different currents, the distance between high and low voltage parallel wiring of commercial vehicles shall be greater than 400 mm, and the distance between high and low voltage parallel wiring of passenger vehicles shall be greater than 200 mm; if the actual situation does not conform to this distance, it can be considered to be perpendicular to each other. II. Fixing requirements For high-voltage wiring harness layout, the wiring harness shall be protected as much as possible to minimize the relative movement between the wiring harness and the vehicle body. Due to the high strength of the high-voltage harness, it varies according to the length of the harness, so it needs to be treated. Generally, smooth and burr-free brackets, trunking, clamps and ties can be used for fixing. When fixing the ties, the fixing method should be fully considered so as to select the appropriate ties for fixing and avoid failure. The distance between the wire harness and the protective component must not exceed 400 mm. In addition, the high-voltage harness shall not interfere with the moving parts, and the distance between them shall not be less than 50 mm. The power battery of the pure electric vehicle is placed in the lower floor at the rear of the vehicle, and the high-voltage wiring harness is led from the front end of the battery to pass under the bottom of the vehicle, which is close to the ground. It is necessary to add corrugated pipe protection outside the cable to prevent stone impact caused by road splash during driving. In some places, due to the need of space, the harness cannot be protected by corrugated pipe, and the scheme of adding plastic slot outside the high-voltage harness can be considered to protect the harness.
