Hirose Electric Co Ltd's FH12 series is a high-performance FFC/FPC (flat flexible) connector for high-density electronic devices. Featuring a surface-mount right-angle design, the series supports 30-pin positions with a pitch of 0.50 mm for FFC/FPC cables with a thickness of 0.30 mm. The FH12 series is equipped with a trigger-locking mechanism that ensures a stable connection and features zero insertion force (ZIF) to simplify plugging and unplugging operations. The phosphor bronze gold-plated contacts provide excellent electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance, and the polyamide (PA) housing and polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) actuator provide good heat resistance and mechanical strength. With a rated voltage of 50V, a rated current of 0.5A, an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, and a UL94 V-0 flammability rating, the series supports 20 mating cycles and is widely used in consumer electronics, industrial equipment, and communications equipment.
