The Hirose Electric FH26 series FFC/FPC connectors are an ultra-thin, high-density board-to-wire connection solution designed for flexible printed circuits (FPCs) for precision electronic devices. The series features a 0.30mm pitch, 33-pin position design that supports surface mount and right-angle mounting to meet the space requirements of compact devices.The FH26 series utilizes a Zero Insertion Force (ZIF) structure combined with a bottom contact design and a trigger locking mechanism to ensure that the FPCs are securely fastened and to enhance connection reliability. Phosphor bronze gold-plated contacts provide excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance, the liquid crystal polymer (LCP) shell provides excellent heat resistance, and the actuator is made of polyamide (PA), which combines durability and ease of operation. The connector supports 0.20mm FPC thickness, rated voltage 30V, rated current 0.2A, stable operation from -55°C to 85°C, and supports 10 mating cycles.With its ultra-thin design, high reliability, and precision manufacturing, the FH26 series is widely used in consumer electronics, medical devices, industrial controls, and portable devices, providing an ideal solution for high-density FPC connections.
