Hirose Electric Co Ltd's FH12 series FFC/FPC (Flat Flexible) connectors are designed for surface mount right-angle installation and are widely used in a variety of precision electronic devices. The connectors utilize Zero Insertion Force (ZIF) technology, which ensures easy insertion and removal operations, reduces operating stress, and extends connector life. With a pitch of 0.50mm and a 14-pin count, they are suitable for high-density installations.The FH12 series connectors utilize solder termination to provide a stable electrical connection and support straight cable end types for easy mating with other equipment. The contacts of the connectors are made of phosphor bronze and gold-plated for excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance. The shell material is made of polyamide (PA) nylon and the actuator is made of polyphenylene sulfide (PPS), both of which are highly resistant to temperature and chemicals, ensuring the stability and reliability of the connector. In addition, the FH12 series connectors have a rated voltage of 50V, a rated current of 0.5A, and an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, making them suitable for a wide range of industrial and consumer electronics applications.
