Hirose Electric Co Ltd's TF38 series of FFC/FPC (Flat Flexible) connectors, designed for surface mount applications, provide a reliable connection solution. This series of connectors utilizes Zero Insertion Force (ZIF) technology to ensure easy and smooth plugging and unplugging operations, reducing insertion force and enhancing the user experience. Its standard 0.50mm pitch and 22-pin count are suitable for use in a wide range of electronic products, especially in applications that require high density and precise connections.The TF38 series connectors' solder termination and solder lug cable end types enable them to provide stable electrical connections on complex circuit boards. The housings are constructed of high-temperature resistant, flame-retardant liquid crystal polymer (LCP) material with a UL94 V-0 flammability rating, ensuring excellent durability and safety. The contacts of the connectors are made of phosphor bronze and are gold-plated for excellent electrical performance and corrosion resistance. In addition, the TF38 series connectors have a rated voltage of 50V, a rated current of 0.5A, and an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, making them suitable for use in a wide range of industrial and consumer electronic equipment.
