Hirose Electric Co Ltd's TF31 series of FFC/FPC (Flat Flexible) connectors feature a surface-mount, right-angle mounting method for a wide range of electronic device connection needs. Featuring a 28-pin, 0.50-mm pitch for FFC and FPC-type applications, the series offers a zero insertion force (ZIF) function that ensures an efficient and stable connection. The contacts are made of phosphor bronze with gold plating for good conductivity and durability, and the liquid crystal polymer (LCP) is used as the housing and actuator material for excellent temperature resistance and insulation.The TF31 series connectors have a rated voltage of 50V, a rated current of 0.5A, and an adaptable operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. They are also flame-resistant and meet UL94 V-0 standards. UL94 V-0 standard. The locking function of this connector is designed as a trigger lock to ensure a solid and reliable connection. Its solder termination and lug type cable ends allow for easy installation and have a mating frequency of up to 20 mating cycles, making it ideal for applications requiring high frequency plugging and unplugging. The product is available in Tape & Reel (TR), Cut Tape (CT) and Custom Tape & Reel (Digi-Reel®) packaging options to meet different production needs.
