Hirose FH12A-10S-0.5SH(55) Connector Product (Series) Description:
Hirose Electric Co Ltd has introduced the FH12 series of FFC and FPC (flat flexible) connectors designed for high-frequency, high-density connection applications. The connectors utilize surface mount right-angle mounting for a wide range of board connection needs, and feature a trigger lock function to ensure a robust and reliable connection. Zero Insertion Force (ZIF) feature makes plugging and unplugging easier, reduces contact damage and extends service life. This series of connectors for the number of pins for the 10-pin, 0.50mm pitch, can support up to 0.5A rated current, rated voltage of 50V. its contacts are made of phosphor bronze material and gold-plated, to ensure good conductivity and corrosion resistance. The shell material is polyamide (PA) nylon, and the actuator is made of polyphenylene sulfide (PPS), which has excellent mechanical strength and heat resistance.The FH12 connectors have an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, and have a UL94 V-0 flame retardant rating, making them suitable for use in a wide range of harsh environments. Packaging is available in Tape & Reel (TR), Cut Tape (CT), and Digi-Reel® TTG Custom Tape & Reel to meet different production needs. This series of connectors offers 20 mating cycles and is widely used in consumer electronics, industrial equipment and communications.
