Hirose Electric Co Ltd introduces the FH33 Series FFC/FPC (Flat Flexible) connector, a high-performance connection assembly designed for surface mount applications with right-angle mounting for a wide range of precision electronic devices. The connector has a 10-pin design with a pitch of 0.50mm and is terminated with solder to ensure a stable electrical connection. The contacts are made of phosphor bronze and are gold-plated to improve conductivity and corrosion resistance.FH33 series connectors are also equipped with a zero insertion force (ZIF) function, which makes plugging and unplugging easier and reduces wear and tear on the connector, enhancing its service life. The housings are made of polyamide (PA) with good heat resistance and mechanical strength, have an operating temperature range of -55°C to 85°C, and meet UL94 V-0 flammability ratings. With a rated voltage of 50V and a rated current of 0.5A, the connectors are suitable for low and medium power electronic devices. The mating frequency reaches 20 times, which ensures stable use for a long time. This product is packaged in the form of tape and reel (TR), which is convenient for use in automated production lines, and is widely used in the fields of computers, communications, and consumer electronics.
