Hirose Electric Co Ltd FH19C Series FFC/FPC Connector is a well-designed, surface-mount, right-angle connector that is particularly suitable for electronic devices that require high-precision connections. The connector supports FFC and FPC (flat flexible) cables with a thickness of 0.20 mm, has 7 pins and a pitch of 0.50 mm, and the termination method is soldering, which ensures a stable and reliable connection. The connectors feature fixed solder tails and a Zero Insertion Force (ZIF) design for low insertion and extraction forces, which reduces wear and tear on the connectors and extends service life. The contacts of this connector are made of phosphor bronze material and gold plated to ensure excellent electrical performance. The shell and actuator materials are liquid crystal polymer (LCP) and polyphenylene sulfide (PPS), which provide excellent high temperature resistance, with an operating temperature range of -55°C to 85°C, accommodating a wide range of extreme environments.The FH19C series also meets UL94 V-0 material flammability ratings, ensuring product safety.
