Hirose Electric Co Ltd FH19C Series FFC/FPC Connector is a high-performance surface-mount right-angle connector widely used in high-precision electronic devices. The connector supports FFC and FPC (Flat Flexible Cable) with 0.20mm thickness and features 9 pins and 0.50mm pitch to provide stable electrical contact. The connector utilizes a fixed solder tail and zero insertion force (ZIF) design to ensure low insertion and extraction forces for long life, and a trigger lock function to enhance connection reliability. The contacts of the connector are phosphor bronze and gold plated to ensure excellent electrical performance. The housing and actuator are made of liquid crystal polymer (LCP) and polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) materials, which provide high temperature resistance and an operating temperature range of -55°C to 85°C to meet harsh environmental requirements. In addition, the FH19C series has a UL94 V-0 flammability rating to ensure product safety. With a rated voltage of 50V and a rated current of 0.5A, it supports up to 20 mating cycles, making it suitable for scenarios that require high-frequency connection and disconnection. Its beige housing and brown actuator design provides clear visual identification, making it an ideal connection solution in the electronics industry.
