Hirose Electric Co Ltd's FH34SRJ series connectors are high-performance FFC/FPC (flat flexible) interconnect assemblies designed for high-density electronic devices. Supporting both surface mount and right-angle mounting, the connectors feature a zero insertion force (ZIF) design with a dual locking function of rotary lock and back-lock for easier installation and a more secure connection.The FH34SRJ series offers a 6-pin position with a pitch of 0.50 mm for FFCs and FPCs with a thickness of 0.30 mm, and supports both top and bottom contact connection methods for enhanced design flexibility and adaptability. With an on-board height of only 1.00mm, it is ideal for ultra-thin devices that require space. The contacts are made of gold-plated phosphor bronze with a 0.050µm coating, ensuring excellent electrical performance at 0.5A rated current and 50V rated voltage. The housings and actuators are made of environmentally friendly liquid crystal polymer (LCP) and polyamide (PA) materials, which meet UL94 V-0 flame retardant standards and are suitable for a wide temperature range from -55°C to 105°C. The actuators have a high mating life of up to 20 cycles. Its high mating life of up to 20 cycles makes it ideal for consumer electronics, communications equipment and industrial applications.
