Hirose FH19C-4S-0.5SH(10) Connector Product (Series) Description:
Hirose Electric Co Ltd's FH19C series FFC/FPC (flat flexible) connector is a high-performance, miniaturized surface mount solution designed to meet the demanding needs of modern electronic devices. The connector supports a Zero Insertion Force (ZIF) configuration with trigger locking to ensure quick and easy installation and a robust connection, and the FH19C features a 4-pin, 0.50mm pitch for 0.20mm-thick FFCs and FPCs with a space-saving on-board height of only 0.88mm, ideal for ultra-thin electronic devices. The contacts are made of gold-plated phosphor bronze to provide excellent electrical performance and durability, supporting current ratings up to 0.5A and voltage ratings up to 50V. The housing and actuator are made of UL94 V-0 rated, high performance liquid crystal polymer (LCP) or polyphenylene sulfide (PPS), which provides excellent flame retardancy and reliability over a wide temperature range of -55°C to 85°C. The actuator is also available in a wide range of colors, including black, white, and blue. With a mating life of up to 20 cycles to ensure long-term stability, the FH19C series is particularly well suited for portable devices, communication equipment and consumer electronics.
