JAEJAE Connector Japan Avionics WP6C series 0.4 mm pitch board-to-board (FPC) connector is a: low profile stacked type board-to-board (FPC) connector with a pitch of 0.4 mm, ideal for high-density installation in ultra-thin information communication devices such as mobile phones, smartphones, LCDs and laptops. The WP6C series has a shielded construction that reduces noise when mated with a safety earth connection through dedicated terminals on the four corners and a shield equipped on the rear side of the socket. Furthermore, the WP6C series has the same mounting pattern as the existing WP6 series. Available in both shielded and unshielded types. Its main features are: spacing 0.4 mm, 2 rows, stacking height 0.8 mm.The contact structure ensures high abrasion resistance and high contact reliability. Safety compression prevents breakage of the insulator and falling off of the FPC. Two-point contact design to resist twisting stresses. Strengthen the grounding connection during matching, and the shielding structure has anti-noise measures. Lead-free. (The nickel barrier layer on the contacts prevents solder wicking. ) The main applications are: ultra-thin information and communication devices, such as mobile phones, smartphones, LCD monitors and notebook computers.
