JAEJAE Connectors The Japan Avionics WP9 Series 0.4 mm Pitch Board-to-Board (FPC) Connector is a: space-saving, low-profile board-to-board (FPC) connector with a 0.4 mm pitch, ideal for high-density installation in ultra-thin information communication devices such as mobile phones, smartphones and laptops. Its main features are: 0.4 mm pitch, 2 rows, 0.8 mm stacking height and 1.95 mm depth. The contact structure ensures high wear resistance and high contact reliability. Safety compression prevents breakage of the insulator and falling off of the FPC. Two-point contact design to resist twisting stresses. Lead-free. (The nickel barrier layer on the contacts prevents solder wicking. ) Inspection fixture connectors for plugs and sockets are available. The signal contacts support 10 Gbps transfer rates. Supports MIPI, USB3.1 2nd generation and PCIe 3rd generation transmission. The main applications are: information and communication devices, such as mobile phones, smartphones and laptops.
