The product's construction adds protection to the mating surface to prevent damage to the insulator from forces applied when the connector is misaligned. In addition, the compression device can be used as a high-current terminal.The WP27D Series reduces the number of terminals normally required for standard connectors, saving board space and increasing design flexibility. Its main features are:0.35 mm pitch, 2 rows, 0.7 mm stacking height. Two 3.0 A compatible power terminals. Press-fit construction increases protection of mating surfaces against insulator damage. (Armored),Two-point contact design resists torsional stress. Improved customer maneuverability with a clear click. Contact structure ensures high wear resistance and high contact reliability.
